What We Collect
Analytics Data
When you visit, Google Analytics 4 collects: pages visited, time on page, browser type and version, operating system, approximate geographic region (country/city level), referral source, and session duration. This information is used only in aggregate to understand which content is useful. GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses, and we do not use it for advertising.
Form Submissions
When you submit the contact form or book a mentorship session, we collect: your name, email address, professional context, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Technical Data
Standard web server logs may temporarily record your IP address, request timestamps, and browser user agent for security and operational purposes. These logs are not retained longer than 30 days.
Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
- Consent — For visitors in Europe, Google Analytics runs only after you accept it in the banner (Art. 6(1)(a)). Declining has no effect on how the Site works.

Data Retention
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months. Form submission data is retained for the duration needed to fulfill the inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. Server security logs are deleted after 30 days.
Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4 — Analytics platform subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. It is used for aggregated measurement only, not for advertising.
FormSubmit and Formspree — Deliver contact and mentorship form submissions (English and Spanish pages) to my inbox. Submissions are used only to reply to you.
Google Fonts — Typography loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log the request IP. Consider using a browser extension to block this if you prefer maximum privacy.
Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact form. We will respond within 30 days (EU/UK) or 45 days (California).
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
